Contact lens hygiene is very important to your eyes as well as being able to extend the length of your lenses. Lenses can get the very dirty and you can transfer this dirt and germs form the contact lens onto your eye. This can cause infections and even scratch your eyes. The proper hygiene is important no matter if you wear permanent contact lenses or disposables.
