I was wondering how do you put contact lenses in your eyes cuz I have them and I know who to put them in but I have trouble. Do you have any tricks or tips to help make it easy for me to put them in?

I had the same experience as yours it was really hard for me to do it the first time. So make sure your hands are clean before putting the contact lens in your eyes. Put the contact lens on your pointer finger (tip), make sure your contact lens is clean, open your eyes wide with your other hand, don’t blink and put the contact lens. After that roll your eyes so the bubble from contact lens will be gone then close your eyes and then tap it and then open very slowly.

its a bit hard in the beginning but believe me i am wearing it now every day and three years back four people were helping me .
put the lense at Ur middle finger or the previous one , where u feel more comfortable.
now put Ur ring finger under Ur eye. stretch a little bit of Ur skin under Ur eye down words to open the eye.
now put the lense any where in ur eye . its not necessary to put exactly on ur eyeball. put anywhere and close ur eye .
now rub ur eye gently from ur eyelid while closing ur eye .
    the lense will adjust itself.

Hold your eye open, put it on the very end of your pointer finger and place in the center of your eyeball.

this is how i do it
    1. take you lense and put it on the index finger on your left hand
    2. take ur right hand over your head and hole your eye open
    3. use spare fingers on left hand to hold eye open too if needed.
    4. put in the lense
    5. it might not be in place but take you eye lid and lift over eye and roll your eye a couple times until it feels right
    6.this should work

    hope that helped a little.
Good luck and you’ll be a pro in no time.

use two fingers from one hand to hold the eye open, and put the lens in quickly, but not too quickly. also, if you run your finger through cold water first, it’ll be easier to put in. also, don’t move your eye around when you’re putting them in. try an relax. good luck!
